Error description

• If a NOERROR entry is created as follows:
  >
  >NOERROR LIST( IEFBR14.*.*.JCL)
  >
  and a job named IEFBR14 ends with a JCL error, the matching
  operation is left in ERROR status with the JCL error code.
  It is not set to "C" by noerror processing as it should be.

  If a NOERROR entry is created as follows:
  >

  and a job named IEFBR14 ends with a JCL error, the matching
  operation is left in ERROR status with the JCL error code.
  It is not set to "C" by noerror processing as it should be.
  
  Besides an additional Note must be added to the documentation
  in order to reinforce the concept that only the Error Codes
  listed in the Managing the Workload manual, Appendix E will
  be accepted by NOERROR parsing.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed in order to match the error codes
  of 3 chars long specified in the NOERROR statement.
