* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This SPE adds the ability to add or     *
*                      change affinity definitions in real     *
*                      time                                    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
With this SPE installed, SM users can dynamically add or change
affinity routing setting for transactions without the need to
restart IMS, CQS or scratch/reallocate CF SM affinity structure
.
Additionally, users can tweak affinity definitions while IMS
is offline.  The users would need to specify 2 new DC parameter
AFNQ and SQGROUP to enable SM DC to interact directly with CQS
while IMS is offline.

Please refer to update SM User's Guide for details on how to
activate this new feature and how to use SM ISPF panels to
manipulate affinity definitions
