Error description

• While forcing an archive log, copy archive logs to off-site
  tapes, and building off-site  BSDS members for DR purposes users
  can get message "HAA#YDEL - Invalid SQLCODE encountered - Look
  in R3".
  
  The msg implies R3 contains the SQL error code, but the
  registers don't appear to be any documented SQL code.
  
  The message will externalize the SQLCODE.
  
  NOTE
  The new message format will be:
   " HAA#YDEL - Invalid SQLCODE xxxxxxxx encountered "
