PK67702: Go EAccessViolation when click actions menu in communications vi ew

APAR status

Error description

• -Description:
  When user accesses communications view and click 'Actions' in th
  e above tool bar, he get EAccessViolation. And after this error,
   he always gets the same error when accesses communications view
  .
  
  -Reproduce:
  1.Create a new notify in scope mangement view sending to the log
  in user himself.
  2.Access Communications view
  3.Click 'Actions' in the above tool bar, you will get EAccessVio
  lation error.
  
  I have tried the above process several times and find that not e
  verytime this error is happened with the above procedure. I also
   find the following steps also can reproduce this problem.
  
  I.Close RPM with the opening of communications view
  II.Login to RPM
  II.Click 'Actions' in the above tool bar
  and you will get the same EAccessViolation error.
  
  I have attached the error view and log files, but I can't find a
  ny logs about this problem in log files.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem reported in this change request could not be
  reproduced with the latest release (7.1.1.2) of RPM. There is no
  fix required.
