  *                      S0C4 may occur                          *

  FRXTAPI0 is changed to allow DRF to run with Index Builder
  V3.1 and for downward compatibility with V2.3. FRXSVCS0 is
  fixed to avoid S0C4 abends when capturing WTOs in DRF sort
  subspaces and Index Builder utility subspaces.
