Server Liberty - Liberty Log Analytics and
Monitoring

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
There is a potential for a deadlock to
happen if the customer is using an
Oracle JRE and has the Liberty JSON
logging feature enabled.

RECOMMENDATION:
None

There is a potential for a deadlock to happen if the customer is
using an Oracle JRE and has the Liberty JSON logging feature
enabled. When encountered, the server will startup normally up
to the point where the CWWKE0001I, CWWKZ0058I, and CWWKF0012I
messages are issued. Shortly afterwards, the server will become
unresponsive and no additional logging will be performed.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
This problem is fixed by Open Liberty issue - OLGH2631
