Error description

  • When processing a static package from the DB2 system catalog
    that uses information collected at BIND time and the owner of
    the package is not the same as the current SQL ID being used /
    set then the process terminates and the error message "EEE654E
    Insert in EEEPATH table failed - SQL-code: -204" is displayed on
    the Easy Explain report.
    ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS
    1. Getting message EEE358W (STATEMENT IGNORED) when doing a
       DYNAMIC EXPLAIN and with DSN8EXP=YES.
