Error description
This problem occurs when application uses Oracle FCF configuration and the application calls setLogWriter method for the datasoure. java.sql.SQLException was detected : The connection cache of this cache name already exist DSRA0010E: SQL state = null Error Code = 17,140 Above error occurs when application is recycled.
Local fix
Not to call setLogWriter method for datasource.

Problem conclusion
When Oracle FCF is used and setLogWriter() is called, a new instance of the cache will be created and the already exist error will not occur. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 6.1.0.19 and 6.0.2.31.
