  • ABENDU1102 of NCF Task in a TWS Tracker subsystem after the
Controller is recycled. Messages on Tracker are as follow:

EQQV036I SESSION OP58    -OPCTSKI1 ESTABLISHED
EQQZ045E OPC SUBTASK VTAM I/O TASK    ENDED UNEXPECTEDLY

* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *

Sometimes in a NCF connection a tracker takes a U1102 abend
to restablish the connection with the controller
that previously went down
A SEND Vtam request fails with R0 = X'18' since the field
RPLACTIV of the related RPL is not zero.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Before the SEND macro is issued it is needed to call
the CHECK RPL macro in order to prepare the RPL to the
subsequent SEND.
