  *                      step fails.                             *

  RUNSTATS on a tablespace or index with Data Partitioned
  Secondary Index requires a STPRINxx DD statement, which was
  absent in DB2 Admin Tool and OC generated JCL and WSL.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changed such that a STPRIN01 dataset is allocated as DUMMY
  or, if DEBUG is on, SYSOUT=*.
