Error description

• APAR PK40210 changed the message and return code for the case
  of a missing trailer record, from HPSR0003W and RC=04 to
  HPSR0003E and RC=16.  This APAR reverts those changes.

  a missing trailer record, from MSGHPSR0003W and RC=04 to
  MSGHPSR0003E and RC=16. This APAR takes back those changes.
  
  If you want to receive RC=04 for the case of a missing trailer
  record of unload data set, apply both PK64732 and PK64733 .
