  *                 objects with column names in quotes.         *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Quoted column names are stored          *
  *                      unquoted in the catalog. If the same    *
  *                      column name was quoted in WSL or in     *
  *                      OC source a difference was found        *
  *                      during validation and an error message  *
  *                      was generated.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Validation was comparing  column names which were quoted in
  WSL but unquoted in the catalog and generated error message.
