  Clarification of Run SQLID is required on help panel GOC5H. The
  following text has been added:Note:If a Run SQLID is specified,
  this sqlid will be the owner of databases and table spaces.  If
  the  specified Run  SQLID is different from  the current owner,
  databases  and table spaces (and all dependent objects) will be
  dropped and recreated to accomplish the change of owner.
