Error description

• IMS PA creates an internal transaction record from the many log
  records which comprise a transaction. This could be useful as an
  index record for IMS Problem Investigator by, for instance,
  identifying a bad response time and then being able to narrow it
  down to the individual log records for further investigation.

• Add an extra keyword (INDEX) to the IMSPALOG command to save
  index records.

  Output is written to the IPITXOUT DD.
  The keyword and JCL will be generated by the IMS PA ISPF dialog
  by selecting the option on a LOG Report Set.
