*                      ALLOCATED, VOLUME NOT AVAILABLE         *
*                       IKJ56221I VOLUME  IS ALLOCATED TO      *
*                      ANOTHER JOB OR USER, TRY LATER          *

* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *

The allocation of the tape data set was occurring twice, with
the second one failing.
