Error description

• Qcapture - a temporary compression dictionary error and capture
  retries the read of the log record results in ASN0060E - the
  capture program encountered an internal error.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1- during retry, already processed log  *
  *                      records are reprocessed.                *
  *                      2- MIN_INFLIGHTSEQ is not moving        *
  *                      forward with using AUTOSTOP=Y.          *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  1- Any log record already processed are discarded correctly.
  2- The MIN_INFLIGHTSEQ was not being updated when capture
  commits work just before a shutdown.  The MAX_COMMITSEQ is
  updated properly.  There is no data loss.  On startup, capture
  will read more log records than needed.  Row that have been
  replicated will not be republished.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- The problem has been fixed.
  2- the MIN_INFLIGHTSEQ is updated properly when using
  AUTOSTOP=Y.
  With this APAR Capture will issue error ASN0061E
  at start up time when it detects that a registered
  and active source table has been dropped.
