  A memory leak may occur during application deployment. As a
  result, an OutOfMemoryError would eventually be encountered.
  

Problem conclusion

• A cleanup thread started by the web Service engine is
  incorrectly holding a reference to a classloader.
  
  This prevents the JVM's Garbage Collector from reclaiming a
  large amount of native storage
  
  The runtime was corrected by removing the reference.
  
  PM18807 resolves the same issue as in WebSphere Application
  Server V6.1 and V7.
  
  This APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
  Level (Fix Pack) 6.1.0.35 of WebSphere
  Application Server Feature Pack for Web Services.
