Error description
You are trying to alter the contents of container DFHWS-RESPWAIT by calling a handler program during pipeline processing on an INVOKE WEBSERVICE. The handler program does a PUT-CONTAINER for DFHWS-RESPWAIT and it fails with a RESP(16) RESP2(30) indicating INVREQ, You tried to write to a CICS-defined read only container. Reviewing the trace, shows that there when the container is created, USERACCESS(READONLY) is being set. DFHWS-RESPWAIT should be able to read/write and not readonly.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: EXEC CICS PUT CONTAINER to container * * DFHWS-RESPWAIT fails with INVREQ RESP2 * * = 30. * * * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** A requester pipeline handler program is trying to alter the contents of container DFHWS-RESPWAIT. The handler program does a EXEC CICS PUT CONTAINER for DFHWS-RESPWAIT and it fails with a RESP(16) RESP2(30) indicating INVREQ, the program is trying to alter a CICS defined read only container. This is because when DFHPIPM initially sets up the DFHWS-RESPWAIT container, it did not clear the DFHPGCR parameter list. USERACCESS(READONLY) was still set in the parameter list from a previous PUT CONTAINER request. This causes DFHWS-RESPWAIT to be READONLY when it should be a normal read/write container.
Problem conclusion
Temporary fix
FIX AVAILABLE BY PTF ONLY
Comments
DFHPIPM has been altered to clear the DFHPGCR parameter list before calling put_container_bit to put the RESPWAIT value into container DFHWS-RESPWAIT.
