Problem conclusion
A programming error was introduced while fixing APAR PK84099. The error causes the the ClassCastException error observed by the customer. The JAX-WS engine is changed to remove the invalid cast. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 6.1.0.33.
