  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the IMS Index Builder auxiliary    *
  *                      utility is invoked under DRF and        *
  *                      requests that the rebuilt indexes be    *
  *                      rebuilt, using the ICNDX(YES) keyword,  *
  *                      the timestamp for the REORG record is   *
  *                      later than the time for the IC record   *
  *                      in the RECONs.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  When the IMS Index Builder auxiliary utility is invoked under
  DRF and requests that the rebuilt indexes be rebuilt, using the
  ICNDX(YES) keyword, the timestamp for the REORG record is later
  than the time for the IC record in the RECONs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to correct the timestamps so that the
  REORG timestamp is always earlier than the IC timestamp in the
  RECON data sets.  This fix must also be applied with IMS Index
  Builder APAR PM15887 / PTF UK58260 in order to correct this
  problem.
