Error description

• This APAR will fix the following problems:
  - Provide support for routing of client ODBM request within
    IMS Connect.
  - Duplicate column in Status Monitor default form.
  - If the CEX GUI cannot connect to an IMS Connect system, it can
    be difficult to understand the reason for the connection
    failure.
  - The help panels and CEX Users Guide description of the Active
    Session Wait Time can be confusing
  - CEX GUI shows IMS Connect system as inactive if the system is
    connected to one or more datastores that are not defined in
    the CEX repository
  - Provide support for IMS Connect PTF UK59245
    Installation of this IMS Connect PTF can cause CEX to stop
    checking User security for input transactions and the event
    record x'3E' to contain incorrect data in several fields.
  - MSGFUN2213I syntax error when coding the following:
    OTMA-RULES_ROUTING=INACTIVE, or
    ODBM-RULES_ROUTING=INACTIVE,

• The following changes have been made for this APAR:
  1. Add necessary code to product to provide rules based routing
  for DRDA client ODBM routing.
  2. Add SET SCOPE control input data set option to allow control
  options to be applied to particular IMS Connect systems or
  groups. This allows the control input data set to be shared
  while tailoring control options for different systems.
  3. Remove duplicate column from Status Monitor default form.
  Implement RESet FORM command.
  4. The GUI has been changed to provide better diagnostics
  and/or suggestions as to what might be the reason for the
  connection failure.
  5. Changed both the ISPF help panels and CEX Users Guide to
  more clearly explain the meaning of session Wait Time on
  the Active Session Display panel.
  6. Changed CEX console services to generate correct XML for
  CEX GUI for datastores not defined in the CEX repository
  7. IMS Connect PTF UK59245 changed the format of the XIB
  control block so that several modules dependent upon
  knowing the IMS Connect level so that the right exit plist
  format can be used no longer correctly detect IMS Connect
  V11 as the caller. Changed IMS Connect level detection
  routines to determine the correct IMS Connect level when
  this PTF has been applied.
