The following issues are resolved when you install interim fix PO01719:

• Data Sources
• Configure a data source without a Timezone offset value. When data is imported successfully from a DB2 staging table, an SQL exception occurs in the log file, systemout.log,
• Configure a data source with the Polling interval set to 0 and without mapping the Last update date and time to a property in the data source. When WebSphere Application Server is restarted, data is received again contrary to the polling interval setting.
• Configure a CSV data source with a property set to Yes in the Used as ID field. Updates are not automatically refreshed in the list tab.
• Configure a data source without mapping the Start date and time and End date and time to properties in the data source. Following the successful completion of the data receiver process, the values of these properties are not automatically assigned.
• When you import extremely large data sets into the IBM Intelligent Operations Center, all the available transaction log space is filled. This issue results in SQL0964 errors.
• Use the user interface to add a new data item to a data source with the Add New Item window. When you do not enter the Last update date and time value, a routing error occurs.
• Standard Operating Procedures
• When you edit a standard operating procedure definition, the Then value disappears from the If-Then-Else Activity field.
• When you import standard operating procedure definitions, the imported definitions are duplicated in the list until the view is refreshed.
• In the My Activities window, when you add a new activity step to a standard operating procedure, roles and references are removed from previous steps of the standard operating procedure.
• For the Filter Panel, if you create a holiday filter and then select it in the filter panel to filter events, everything is filtered from the map. Consequently, no events are displayed on the map.
• On the Location Map, data items are not cleared correctly when you click Clear on the filter panel.
• In the Key Performance Indicators configuration tool, create a new KPI and assign the KPI a range value. The KPI is not displayed in the user interface. 
• In the Notifications window, KPI notifications are set by the KPI caching process to server time instead of the client browser time.
