Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, use of AL RDEF ( Alter
  Re-define ) function can fail in jobstep CONV2 with rc8 and
  msg: Error loading DSNHDECP , RC=0008
  .
  When using the following parms, skeleton ADB21SAM builds the
  failing JCL, which omits DB2 load lib ( SDSNLOAD / SDSNEXIT )
  from the conversion step, CONV2:

  Use customized utility options YES
  WSL NO
  HPU NO
  .
  and any of the following:
  TABLE(ALL)
  INDEX(ALL)
  REPORT(YES)
  UPDATE(A,P,S,N)
  

Local fix

• Manually add DB2 loadlib to JCL before submitting for execution.
