RECOMMENDATION:
Apply this apar to upgrade your SDK to SDK 626 SR6 plus the following:
IV44889 - ORB THROUGHPUT DEGRADATION AFTER APPLYING SECURITY FIX
IX90121 - PERFORMANCE DEGRADATION MIGHT BE SEEN DURING REMOTE INVOCATION POST JAVA626
