Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  HCOZLDE0, and other like programs, cannot handle input files
  bigger than 4 G - invalid before and after compress values shown
  UK56288 did not correct this.
  Additional keywords:

Local fix

• Although the statistics for before and after compress are not
  correct, a valid dictionary is built and used.

Problem conclusion

• The accumulator sizes were increased in HCOZLDE0 and report
  HCO006 was redesigned to show values in gigabytes instead of
  kilobytes, which results in a cleaner a more meaningful
  report.
