This Limited Availability Interim Fix contains fix for APARS IO17917, IO18175, IO18186.


Details:
========
IO17917 TDI WILL USE THE VALUES IN THE LIST INSTEAD OF THE LIST ITSELF BECAUSE THAT IS USUALLY WHAT IS EXPECTED
IO18175 PROBLEMS EVALUATING CONNECTOR PARAMETERS
IO18186 UNABLE TO PASS LDAP DN CORRECTLY IF IT HAS SPECIAL CHARACTERS

Tivoli Directory Integrator 7.1.1 FP2 must be installed.

Sizes of Files Included in this Fix:

968,376 ibmjs.jar
98,074 LDAPConnector.jar



Applying the Fix:
=================
- Shutdown TDI.

- Unzip the fix package to a temporary directory. The ZIP file contains miserver.jar , ibmjs.jar and LDAPConnector.jar file.

- Backup the older miserver.jar ( <TDI_Install_dir>\jars\common ), ibmjs.jar
( <TDI_Install_dir>\jars\3rdparty\IBM ) and the LDAPConnector.jar ( <TDI_Install_dir>\jars\connectors ) from the installed system .

- For this, rename the older files by changing its extension ( Change extension to something other than jar / zip ).

- Replace the existing miserver.jar , ibmjs.jar and LDAPConnector.jar file which were backed up earlier with the fix file.



Confirming the Fix has been applied successfully:
