PM11612: Add high level requirements doesn't remove deleted dependencies

Error description

• 1) Import a DOORS module with Requirements in Gateway
  2) Export UML Model to DOORS
  3) Create inverse link between Exported UML and a DOORS Requirem
  ent (Doors type must have a Inverse reference type such as IsCov
  eredBy from the Doors Advanced type)
  4) Reload DOORS, make sure that the inverse link is recognized i
  n Gateway
  5) Add high level requirements with option create Dependencies
  ==? Check that the inverse link was imported in Rhapsody
  6) Remove the inverse link in DOORS and reload DOORS in Gateway
  7) Add high level requirements with option create Dependencies
  ==? Check that the inverse link previously imported is now remov
  ed from Rhapsody
