Error description

• When using an Active Directory namespace as an authentication
  source, and Siteminder as a front end for SingleSignOn (SSO),
  users which contain a comma ( , ) in their display name within
  Active Directory are unable to log in.  Users without the comma,
  are able to log in successfully.
  

Local fix

• Modify display names in Active Directory to remove commas.
