Error description
When using an Active Directory namespace as an authentication source, and Siteminder as a front end for SingleSignOn (SSO), users which contain a comma ( , ) in their display name within Active Directory are unable to log in. Users without the comma, are able to log in successfully.
Local fix
Modify display names in Active Directory to remove commas.
