Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB21CI1
  'Interpretation of an Object in SYSCOLUMNS' shows truncated
  values for fields 'Second lowest key' and 'Second highest key',
  the fields are not scrollable and no readable format is show.

  Data in the HIGH2KEY/LOW2KEY fields on panel ADB21CI1
  is truncated since the fields are not scrollable. Only the
  hex version is shown on the panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• HIGH2KEY/LOW2KEY fields on panel ADB21CI1 are
  now scrollable, and another field is added to display
  the non-hex value. In addition, the HIGHKEY, LOWKEY,
  HIGH2KEY, and LOW2KEY fields on panel ADB21CPU,
  'Update Runstats Information', are also made scrollable,
  and several other improvements are made to ADB21CI1,
  which include:
  
  - Remarks field is now scrollable
  -  Field  "Hidden from SELECT * " is added to the panel
     to display the SYSCOLUMNS.HIDDEN value
  (only displayed for DB2 version 8 NFM and above)
  - Added leader dots and rearranged fields for
    consistency and usability
