Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS AL/RDEF command when used
  to add a SEGSIZE to a tablespace which has a table with LOB
  columns fails with a SQLCODE -601 on the CREATE LOB TABLESPACE
  statement and does not create RUNSTATS and COPY utility
  statements for the LOB tablespaces.
