PM08903: CLONE WSL SQLCODEN104 COMMENT ON TABLE

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS CLONE WSL function created
  a COMMENT ON TABLE statement which was missing a closing quote
  resulting in the execution failing with a SQLCODE -104.

  *                      'A SYSTEM GENERATED                     *
  *                      NUMBER THAT IS                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  The formatter truncated the string with a string
  length of 73, including quotes.  The first 72 bytes
  are written, but byte 73 is not. This leads to a
  missing quote and causes an SQLCODE -104.
