APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A remote transaction was entered in the local system and sent
  across an MSC link for processing in the remote system. The
  application issued a CHNG call specifying a destination of all
  blanks. Because the Program Routing exit (DFSMSCE0) specified
  that the message should be rerouted to the source system, the
  code in module DFSDLA30 that would normally validate and reject
  the CHNG call with an A1 status code was bypassed. The message
  was sent across the MSC link and rejected with DFS064 due to the
  destination of blanks.

  DFS064 was received after a remote transaction was entered in
  the local system and sent across an MSC link for processing in
  the remote system. The failure occurred as follows:
  
  1. An application program issued a CHNG call specifying a
     destination of all blanks.
  2. The Program Routing exit (DFSMSCE0) specified that the
     message should be rerouted and the code in module DFSDLA30
     that would normally validate and reject the CHNG call with
     an A1 status code was bypassed.
  3. The message was sent across the MSC link and rejected with
     DFS064 due to a destination of blanks.
  
  To be consistent with the handling of a blank destination when
  the Program routing exit is called, DFSDLA30 should reject the
  request with an A1 status code.
  

Problem conclusion
