APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After UK54334 is applied and the existing INSTJOBS(CICATB) is
  rerun the OMPEOPTS member will be created with an invalid
  parameter deck. The line will read
  TCMDSECU=<blank>
  
  If the RTE parameter deck is regenerated without using the
  clone
  process, but the dialog is not processed to set a value for
  &D2PATSEC the CICATB job will present an error
  KD2_OMPE_SUB_D2PATSEC     727   Invalid Parameter Value: Value
                                  exceeds
                                  the maximum length of 4.

  The SYSMOD header for UK54334 indicates that APAR PK76483
  introduced the change of what authorization id is used when the
  cancel thread command is issued. This change was actually
  introduced by PK90400 (UK49668 V410 UK49669 V420).

Local fix

• Circumvention is to manually code the option for new parameter
  TCMDSECU into $hlev.RKD2PAR(OMPEOPTS) member.
  There are two possible options:
   TCMDSECU=STC or TCMDSECU=USER
  
  When manually coding this parameter do not code blanks around
  the equal (=) sign
  
  Apply PTF when available.
