• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Unable to disassociate a task from a CR when performing a Copy T
  ask operation.
  
  If task A was associated with CR2 and then performing a Copy Tas
  k operation to create Task B, in the Change Request field, a dif
  ferent CR number is entered such as CR1, when the new task is cr
  eated, it will be associated to both CR2 and CR1.
