Error description

• When reading the SYSIN DD input statements for a DSNUTILB
  utility, DB2 Utility Enhancement Tool distinguishes the
  DIAGNOSE, TEMPLATE, LISTDEF and OPTIONS commands from all
  others as these are considered preparatory, or "setup"
  statements.  If any of these "setup" statements are preceded by
  non-setup statements (i.e. REORG, COPY, LOAD, etc.), the
  trailing statements may not be executed.
