  FABFDIAG gets ABEND0C4 when the load module library has a large
  number of members. Because the directory entry list of the
  library is too large to fit into a buffer, and HP Load attempt
  to access the area out of the buffer.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified not to access the area out of the
  buffer.
