PROBLEM SUMMARY

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
SIP container performs reverse DNS
lookups when trusted IP lists is
configured.
RECOMMENDATION:
None
The SIP container is trying to compare host names. To get the
host names a reverse DNS lookup is performed.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
A new custom property was introduced that allows you to
disable the reverse DNS lookup.
To disable reverse DNS lookups you should do the following:
1. Enter the administrative console
2. go to Application servers > server1 > SIP container >
Custom properties
3. add new custom property:
name: ipauthenticator.check.host.name
value: false
4. press on the save button
