Error description

• Lost GTF records may result in error message BPL542E when trying
  to produce beffer pool reports.  Message received is:
    BPL542E BUFFER POOL ANALYZER TRACE RECORDS MISSING - DDT

Problem conclusion

• Enhance BPA to read the first set of BPA configuration
  trace records, and if not all records are found, read
  the second set of configuration trace records in an
  attempt to finf all the required records.
