  The first SVC DUMP showed an ABEND0C4-10 KO2DTHDA+391E (at
  PK91678 level) with R15 bad.  In IFCID 58 processing, KO2DTHDA
  added a bad length (40F0F0F0) to the beginnging of a record to
  get to the Product Section of the record leading to the ABEND.
  The second SVC DUMP was generated by KO2HSVPB+800 (at PK89125
  level) after determining that the above program check occurred
  more than ten times.
  KO2HSVPB+10FA (at PK89128 level) detected the bad record and
  issued the KO2O1315W message.
