Problem summary

  *                 for z/OS who alter an Identity column.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an Identity column is              *
  *                      changed from GENERATED                  *
  *                      ALWAYS to GENERATED BY                  *
  *                      DEFAULT, a DROP will be                 *
  *                      performed instead of an ALTER.          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  An Identity column change causes the table to be
  dropped instead of an ALTER TABLE.
  

Problem conclusion

• REXX EXEC ADB27DUP in Admin 720 and ADB2CMT
  in Admin 10 have been changed to perform an ALTER
  table and not a DROP table.
