• When SDEP is not defined in the DBD, FPA can get ABENDS0CB in
  HFPA5PR0 at x'392' or can show incorrect value as SDEP free
  space in FREESPACE ANALYSIS report.

  FPA ANALYZE can receive ABENDS0CB or can show an incorrect
  value as SDEP free space in Freespace Analysis report when all
  following conditions are satisfied:
  
   - SDEP is not defined in the DBD.
   - REPORT subcommand is specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• When SDEP is not defined in the DBD, FPA ANALYZE is modified to
  bypass the calculation of the size of free space in SDEP part
  as well as FPB DEDB Pointer Checker.
