Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Administration Tool who         *
*                 use the LKEY command on panels ADB21X and    *
*                 ADB21T and the results were not the same.    *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the LKEY command on panels   *
*                      ADB21X and ADB21T the partition orders  *
*                      are different.                          *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY The PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
The SELECT commands ORDER BY is different in panels ADB21X and
ADB21T.
