The following APARs were fixed in this PTF *:
IZ86224 - Application segfault with -O3 -q64
IZ86225 - -qpdf1 causes undefined symbol linker error
IZ86226 - Exported functions removed by IPA link phase
IZ77990 - Compiler error with -O2
IZ86212 - CompilereError with -qhot
IZ81194 - Runtime definition error while using -qipa
IZ81473 - Missing incomplete enum diagnosis
IZ83609 - Incorrect instruction order with -O3
IZ84963 - xlCcode falsely swapping compare instructions
IZ86228 - Runtime abend when using -qipa=level=1
IZ86178 - Adding URT functionality for XLC V10.1
IZ86180 - Adding support for AIX7.1 for XLC V10.1
IZ86176 - October 2010 PTF for XL C for AIX, V10.1
