Abstract
This document describes how to download and assemble Guardium® 8.2 components using the Passport Advantage® Web site.

IBM® InfoSphere™ Guardium 8.2 offers the most complete database protection solution for reducing risk, simplifying compliance and lowering audit cost.
Version 8.2 contains many new and enhanced features touching every aspect of functionality of the IBM InfoSphere Guardium application from reports to System Z support, improvements in UNIX and Windows S-TAPs, SharePoint S-TAP Agent, Sniffer enhancement, adding Traditional Chinese language to the localized list, system modifications that upgrade the RedHat infrastructure, and upgrades to the Tomcat engine.
Prerequisites
You must install the Guardium software appliance on suitable hardware and platforms. Use the following links for additional information.

Installation Instructions
After proof of entitlement, you are allowed to download some or all of the images listed here. To obtain the download images:
- Navigate to the Find Downloads and Media Web page on the IBM Passport Advantage Web site.
- Under Download finder options, select the Find by part number search option.
- Search for each downloadable image by download name.
- Download all required parts.
- Use a file extracting utility that supports large file extractions to extract each of the parts into a single, temporary directory on your system.
- Follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide to install the product.
