  Wrong segment replaced during ORF change apply.
  Several segments had been retrieved using command code "D".
  The replace then excluded segments using command code "N".
  ORF ignored the "N" command code.
  

Problem conclusion

• The data capture and reapply for path calls was in error.
  Code has been changed to capture all of the information for the
  retrieved path and its update.
  Additionally, path inserts did not work either.  This has been
  corrected as well.
  Additional information:  We do not support the reapply of non
  unique segments in a path call.
