Error description

  • The swift_iso7775.mtt typetree from the WTX Pack for SWIFT 4.2.x
    has an issue with the third and any subsequent lines of tag :79:
    in a SWIFT MT199 message.
    
    The range for this tag, is 0:2, although the SWIFT specification
    contains no such rule.
