Apply a fix pack that contains this APAR.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The WS-Security JAX-RPC WS-Security 1.0 and JAX-WS runtimes were updated to properly handle the PKIPath and PKCS#7 token types.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.0.2.41, 6.1.0.31, and 7.0.0.11. Please refer to the
