A critical issue was identified in Packaging Utility version 1.4. Packaging Utility incorrectly copied the product installation files when the files were located on a remote site.

Version 1.4 was released in June 2010. The .zip files containing the Packaging Utility installation files for version 1.4 include the version in the name.
