Error description

• This APAR will address the following problems:
  -  Edit error when command contains multiple pairs
     of quotes (i.e. /RMC DBRC='RECON MINVERS('10.1')').
  -  When option CHKDBALL is used on a database command with
     the ALL parameter, CCF sets a non-zero return code
     even when the command is successful.

  1.Edit error when command contains multiple pairs
    of quotes (i.e. /RMC DBRC='RECON MINVERS('10.1')').

    even when the command is successful.
  

Problem conclusion

• The above problems have been corrected in this APAR.
