Error description

• The COUNT function doesn't work properly.
  
  When we use a COUNT function in a component rule for counting
  optional elements then it returns a proper value only when an
  element exists in the first record.
  
  Sample :
   Imagine we have records like this
  REC=AC
  REC=A
  REC=ABC
  REC=AB
  
  where A is mandatory , B and C optional
  When we want to count a number of occurrences of A , B , C
  then the COUNT function returns COUNT(A)=4 ;COUNT(B)=0 ;
  COUNT(C)= 2
